Francis is expecting to rake in millions of dollars and the best part, he owns the footage outright. The price, paying for Ms. Dupre to party on his bus for a week and a ticket back home to North Carolina in 2003 ! Francis added "It's like finding a winning lotto ticket in the sofa cushions".

A NYC club owner, David Pescotti was also a benefactor in Gov Spitzer's demise.
